UK Delivery
We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).
It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address. Some more remote postcodes cannot be delivered next day. These will be delivered on a two day service.
Orders taken after 1.00pm will be dispatched the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 1.00 pm will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holiday’s).
Though every effort is made by Office Phone Shop to achieve next day delivery where applicable, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.
Please note that next day delivery from point of order is not guaranteed and will be dependent on the item being in stock.
Worldwide Delivery
We ship worldwide from our UK warehouse. All international shipment charges are quoted per parcel. If your order exceeds the standard parcel size, further shipment charges will be due before the order can be shipped. We will contact you directly if any additional shipment charges are due. Orders are shipped as Incoterms DAP, this means the buyer is responsible for all, and any, local import duties and taxes.
