The Avaya 9600 9620C IP Phone (700461205) is compatible with IP Office R6.0 or higher only on IP500 and IP500 V2 control units. The H.323 version is supported by Avaya Communication Manager R3.1 or later and the SIP version supported by Avaya Communication R4.0 or later.

The Avaya 9600 9620C IP Phone (700461205) is a full-featured IP telephone made for the everyday phone user and features a colour backlit display with three line appearances with support for up to 12 call appearances or features. In addition, the 9620C has a built in web browser, directory, information, News and Events browsing and access to email and instant messaging functions.

UK Delivery

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
