The Avaya 1230 IP phone is a high-quality speakerphone that connects directly to a Local Area Network (LAN) through an Ethernet connection, bringing voice and data to the desktop.
Offering a host of traditional telephony features such as hands-free, redial, on hold and conference, the Avaya 1230 also has an LCD display screen and supports special text display and audio message playing.
Features include four context-sensitive soft keys, six specialised fixed keys, and six fixed call processing keys. Hearing aid compatible, the Avaya 1230 also has volume control keys for adjusting the ringer, speaker, handset and headset volume.
When equipped with a wideband-capable handset, the Avaya 1230 also supports wideband audio.
With two Base-T 10/100 Ethernet ports, the Avaya 1230 IP phone connects directly to a Local Area Network (LAN) through an Ethernet connection. In addition to Power over Ethernet (PoE), the Avaya 1230 can be powered through a supported AC adapter.
