The Alcatel 4020 Premium Reflexes SET INT (3AK27098) is in stock and available from Office Phone Shop.

The Alcatel 4020 Reflexes phone is a digital telephone from the Premium Reflexes range that is compatible with the OmniPCX 4400 system. It is sometimes wrongly referred to as the Alcatel 4020 Reflex phone.

The 4020 Premium Reflexes is a multi line telephone with a 1-line by 20 character display and a built in QWERTY keyboard, which can store up to 60,000 names.

The navigation feature and built in user guide allow for easy access to an array of features.

The 4020 Premium Reflexes phone also has the option of connecting an add-on module, should additional features be required.

The Alcatel 4020 Premium Reflexes (part number 3AK27098) is available in graphite, fully tested and with a warranty. An IP version of this telephone, known as the Alcatel Reflexes 4020IP phone is also available (part number 3AK26041UB or 3AK27137).

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
