The Cisco CP6921 IP phone is a unified communications tool offering a flexible solution to improve employee collaboration and productivity. The CP6921 business phone’s adaptability helps to reduce costs and improve competitive advantage. 

The innovative CP6921 is a secure, business-grade voice communications system that can work in various working environments. The 2-line business phone has a full-duplex speakerphone, as well as multi-call per line. There are a variety of features which include keys for hold, transfer, and conference, a tri-colour LED line, menu keys access voicemail, call logs, network settings, user preferences, corporate directories, and XML services. This phone system has a choice of two colours and handsets, as well as multiple language options.

The Cisco 6921 has a Deep-Sleep mode to save around 50% of power usage versus being idle and is made from reground and recyclable plastics, making it a more eco-friendly solution.

The phone has a 10/100BASE-T Ethernet connection through two RJ-45 ports and network features include Cisco Discovery Protocol and IEEE 802.1 p/q tagging and switching.

The 6921 supports video communications through your PC monitor and handset when using the Cisco Unified Video Advantage 2.2 and the VTIII camera.

We aim for next day delivery. Any order placed before 1.00 pm on any business day (Monday – Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered the next business day before 5.30 pm (assuming the item is in stock).

  1. The Customer is required to inspect all goods upon receipt and to notify Office Phone Shop of any defects or complaints within 7 days of receiving goods.
  2. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of faulty or incorrect goods to Office Phone Shop.
  3. All goods returned must clearly state customers name, order no, telephone number, fault details and proof of purchasing. These goods must be in Office Phone Shop’s original packaging and condition, with original insertions, fixtures and parts. Failure to do so will result in the refund being invalidated.
  4. We use tamper proof labels which are stuck to each item sold by Office Phone Shop. This ensures that goods have been purchased from Office Phone Shop. When the label is peeled back Office Phone Shop Company details sticks to the glue and the label will then say void. No goods will be accepted back unless this label in intact.
