An entry-level model of the Openstage family, the Openstage 15 comes at an affordable price, with an array of features. These include full-duplex, hands-free talking, high-quality housing for microphone and loudspeaker and computer telephony integration. The Openstage 15 HFA has three navigation keys, eight programmable keys and three fixed function keys. The two-line LCD is non-tiltable and the keypad comes with twelve keys, in addition to volume control. Computer telephony integration comes courtesy of the Power over Ethernet connection and the Openstage 15 includes two 10/100 Base-T built-in Ethernet ports.
With Standard-based SIP support, the Openstage 15 also supports Codecs, G.711, G.729AB and G.722. With the addition of the OpenStage Key Module 15, this also means the option of additional features.
Siemens (now Unify) phased out the Openstage phones by the end of 2018.
