The Avaya 9611G is compatible with the Avaya Aura® and IP Office™ Platforms and enables an easy transition to IP phone technology thanks to its intelligent communications features, along with a traditional look and feel. The ergonomic hearing aid-compatible handset supports TTD acoustic coupler and the Power-over-Ethernet Class 1 design with sleep mode reduces energy consumption and costs.
This 8-line desk phone delivers high definition audio and a context-sensitive graphical interface to enable sophisticated communications over the IP network from either fixed or remote locations.
Features include a high-resolution colour display and full duplex speakerphone. With a navigation cluster, red and green LED buttons and four soft keys, everyday applications, such as call transfer, forwarding and conference calling, are made easier. In addition, the 9611G is headset compatible, includes a USB interface, integrated Gigabit Ethernet, a secondary Ethernet port, and can support up to three 12 or 24 Button Expansion Modules.
The Avaya 9611G supports the H.323 protocol support, as well as the standards-based codec: G.711, G.726, G.729A/B, G.722 (G.726 is not available in SIP). Advanced unified communications solutions are possible with Session Initiated Protocol (SIP) based infrastructure.
